Champ7 - School girls Murder Mystery

Champ7 is a group of 7 Indian Teen fictional characters. They all study in the same school. They have solved umpteen mystery cases in the past.

Here's a quick introduction :

1. Vicky - He is Sixteen. An adventurous and brave boy. He is liked and respected by everyone in school. His grand dad is an ex-army serviceman. He is the leader of Champ7 pack.

2. Joseph - A strongly built handsome Teenager. Vicky and Joseph are in same class. His father was a policeman who died when he was just 10.  Joseph's mother works in a private firm, earns just enough to run the household.

3. Nattu - He is 14. He belongs from a wealthy Gujrati family. He is bit careless, just average in studies. He is very fun loving, comic kind of a character. Always helps needy and poor. Everyone loves him.

4. Surabhi -  Age 12. Elder to her twin sister Jayati by just one minute. She is peppy perky kinda girl. Good at studies, she is best friend with Pranshu.

5. Pranshu - She is from a well educated Maharashtrian family. Her father is head of department in one of the engineering college. Discipline and mannerism is what you get to see when you visit her household. Although Pranshu is bit shy, but she is the one who comes with new ideas and solution when they are up against wall.

6. Nikita - She is from a Jain business family. They live in a joint family that have total 12 members. She talks a lot, always sees the lighter side of a thing. Very good at studies.

7. Jayati - Bindhast to core. She is good at sports, though somehow manages to do good in studies as well. Best friends with Nikita.

A Murder Mystery

Will Champ7 be able to crack this?

It was a hot summer afternoon with sun shining bright like never before.

'Thank God it is Friday today. Tomorrow is school off day and we have to resume back only on Monday.' said Nikita. 

'Couldn't agree with you more, Nikki', said Jayati. It is so hot out there, one would just want to be at home relaxing in AC.

'Hey, by the way what's the plan for the weekend? Are we all meeting at Civil Lines Park?' added Nikita.

'Yep, think so. Heard Vicky telling Surabhi today.' said Jayati. 

'Do we have a mystery in our hand this time around? It seems long time know' Exclaimed Nikita.

Nikita was right. It was indeed a long time since they last worked on a mystery. Generally these guys would meet at Civil Lines Park to discuss the latest happenings and work in hand. Champ7 were not only good at sports and studies but they were also known for adventure. They have solved so many mysteries together working as a team. Principal and the teachers in the school were aware about this and were very proud of them. The parents too knew about it. Though they were concerned and bit worried as most of the times Champ7 were engaged in some sort of adventure and had to roam around city and even sometimes travel far from city. Champ7 behaved just like normal kids with everyone and never made fuss about their past achievements, accolades and awards. 

Champ7 is a group of 7 comprising kids of different age group, albeit from same school. How so ever busy, they would always find time away from studies and daily routine to engage into adventurous missions and assignments. Sometimes they would get the information about a particular crime from Sub inspector Avinash who was a very good friend of Joseph's late dad and sometimes they would gather information from newspapers, city events, people around and local affairs.

Suddenly class teacher intervened and asked all students to assemble in the lobby. Not knowing what the matter is and with surprised looks Nikki and Jayati too rushed towards the lobby along with other kids. Soon all students gathered in the lobby. Champ7 could manage to find a corner place to stand and were awaiting for principal and other school staff to come. 

'Here comes our Principal mam' uttered Nattu. 

'Dear Students, It is with a heavy heart that I must share with you the sad news of passing of Rima of class VI Red house'

There was pin drop silence the moment principal mam stated this. All students by now have sensed a matter of grave seriousness.

Now all eyes were on Principal mam who started addressing. 

'Rima was found dead lying on ground at a place midway between her home and school. The place is very seclude with very negligible traffic. We at this point in time do not have full details on the cause of death. We are told by city police authority that Rima has serious wounds on her back. It seems someone stabbed her by a knife three times. The injury was so serious that Rima died in couple of minutes. Police also told us that they have found her bicycle couple of feets away from the murder scene. Police is investigating the whereabouts of the attacker and the motive behind such brutal murder. Lets observe silence for 2 minutes in her memory and pray to Almighty God to give enough strength to her family members to overcome this tough time. Lets also pray and demand justice to be made and a severe punishment to the guilty.'

Crime Scene

Hearing this all students were shocked. Rima was a lovely girl. She had won many prizes in past in school annual functions. Something of this sort would happen to Rima was beyond anybody's wildest imagination.

     

'I urge you all not to get scared with what has happened but at the same time I want you all to exercise extreme precautions while you commute to and fro from school. We will have an early school departure today. You all can go back to your respective classrooms now.'

While leaving the school premises, Vicky asked other members of Champ7 to meet at Civil Lines Park at 7 pm to further discuss about Rima's murder. Just when they were about to leave, Sub Inspector Avinash approached them and asked them to look into this murder mystery.

'Guys, while police is investigating this crime, i want Champ7 also to get into this. I want you to inform me about any updates that you get on this mystery. Similarly, I will also keep you posted on what we find out' said sub Inspector Avinash and left in a hurry.

Well, Champ7 now have an assignment in hand. There is lot to do.
